At AMNRugs, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, our detailed policy ensures a smooth return or exchange process. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we’re here to make it right for you. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless experience, whether you’re returning an item or seeking a refund.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include a valid proof of purchase. This ensures that the product is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.

To ensure a hassle-free return process, please double-check that the item is in its original condition and that all tags and packaging materials are intact. This helps us process your return quickly and efficiently. If the item is not in its original state, we may not be able to accept the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to their nature. Custom-made or personalized rugs, for example, are crafted specifically for you and cannot be resold. Similarly, items that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

Additionally, if an item is damaged due to improper care or handling after delivery, it cannot be returned. If you have any doubts about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact our customer support team for clarification. We’re here to help!

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, contact our support team via phone or email. Provide your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with further instructions.

Once approved, please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. This allows you to monitor the status of your return and ensures that it reaches us safely. If the item is lost during transit, we may not be able to process your refund.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives defective or damaged, notify us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with a brief description of the issue.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours if it has not been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order hasn’t already been processed for shipping. If the order has already been shipped, you can initiate a return upon delivery. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. If you’re returning an item due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong item shipped), we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Otherwise, we recommend using a reliable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we may deduct the cost of any damage from your refund. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged before shipping.
